We build in five standard sizes — 1-person, 2-person, 3–4 person, 4–5 person, and full custom — but the honest answer is: you don't need to decide before we talk. The free home assessment exists exactly for this. We look at your space, understand how you plan to use it and how many people will use it, and give you a specific recommendation. Most people come in thinking they want a 2-person and we either confirm that or show them why a different size makes more sense for their layout. No commitment required at that stage.

Our team arrives with the materials and builds the sauna in your chosen space — indoors or outdoors. You don't need to prepare anything, hire a contractor, or be involved beyond showing us where it goes. Most installations are completed in a single day. We test every heater panel and the control system in front of you, walk you through your first session, and leave only when the sauna is running and you're comfortable using it. The sauna is a standalone structure — nothing is permanently attached to your walls or floors. If you move, it moves with you.

Yes — and we've done it many times across Dubai. But not every outdoor space is suitable, and not every sauna is built for UAE outdoor conditions. During the home assessment we evaluate your terrace or balcony specifically: sun exposure, ventilation, floor load, electrical access, and weatherproofing requirements. We'll tell you clearly whether your outdoor space works and exactly what it needs. We've installed saunas on villa terraces, rooftop spaces, and covered balconies that have performed through UAE summers without issue.

A standard 2-person infrared sauna running at full power for a 45-minute session uses approximately 1.5–2 kWh. At UAE electricity tariff rates, that's roughly AED 1–2 per session, or AED 30–60 per month for daily use. Less than a daily coffee from most cafes in Dubai. For larger units, consumption scales proportionally — we'll give you a specific estimate for your size during the consultation.

For standard sizes, we typically complete installation within 2–4 weeks of order confirmation. For larger or fully custom builds, we'll give you a specific timeline at the consultation stage. We don't take an order without being clear on the timeline first. If anything changes, you'll hear from us directly — not find out when you chase us.

Most infrared saunas use far infrared only — the wavelength range that produces heat and deep sweating. Full spectrum adds near infrared (shorter wavelength, associated with skin and cellular benefits) and mid infrared (supports circulation and muscle recovery). Most of our clients use their sauna 4–5 times per week and tell us it becomes non-negotiable within the first month.
