How It Works

The first 10 minutes of your sauna session will be the time for your body to begin to warm-up from the infrared rays inside the sauna which will expand the blood vessels throughout your body; after that time, in between 10 & 25 minutes of being in the sauna will elevate your body's sweat production and heart rate (around 100-150 bpm) while also releasing endorphins into your blood. In the final 25 to 40 minutes of the sauna session, collagen production from far infrared (NIR) and red light therapy will peak, while markers for inflammation will decrease.
